Included in your stay
- ✓ Bedrooms & bathrooms — your reserved bedroom with en-suite bathroom, daily housekeeping on request.
- ✓ Shared areas — fully equipped kitchen, large terraces, gardens, private parking, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
- ✓ Local guidance — personal recommendations from your host Septiyari for beaches, surf spots, restaurants, and activities in Kuta and South Lombok.
Optional services (request in advance)
- ✦ Mini pool — filling and using the mini pool involves significant water usage and maintenance. Available on request for an additional fee — please contact us for current pricing. Please coordinate with our staff before use.
- ✦ Motorbike rental — motorbikes are available to rent at our standard daily rate — please ask in advance. Helmets included. The renter is responsible for any scratches, damage, or accidents during the rental period; cost of repair will be assessed based on actual damage. We recommend checking the motorbike's condition with our staff before each rental.
- ✦ Airport transfer — we can arrange transfer to/from Lombok International Airport (LOP/BIL). Please message us a few days before arrival with your flight details for pricing.
- ✦ Harbour transfer — we can arrange transfer to/from Lombok harbour (Bangsal, Lembar, or other ports). Useful if you're arriving by ferry from Bali or the Gili Islands. Please message us a few days in advance with your route and timing for pricing.
- ✦ Breakfast & meals from our menu — order from our breakfast and meal menu, prepared fresh with local ingredients. Please ask Septiyari or our staff for the menu and pricing.

🔒 Property & Privacy
Thea Villa offers a private and discreet stay in Kuta Lombok. Here's what you should know about the property.
- ✓ Private accommodation — your bedroom, bathroom, and the villa's terraces and gardens are reserved for our guests. When you book the whole villa, the entire property is yours alone for your stay.
- ✓ Staff stay in a separate building — a small staff building at the edge of the property — in keeping with the traditional Lombok villa layout — accommodates our housekeeper and an overnight security team member. They work discreetly from the staff quarters and do not enter the main villa unless you ask.
- ✓ Two exterior CCTV cameras only — for property security, two exterior cameras are installed — one facing the main entrance gate and one facing the parking area. They record video only (no audio). A CCTV notice is also displayed at the property entrance.
- ✓ No interior cameras — there are no cameras anywhere inside the rooms or in private outdoor areas such as the terraces and garden.
- ✓ Footage handling — recordings are retained for a limited period solely for security purposes, in compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), and are never shared with third parties except in the case of a legal incident.
